Job Description

JD for Sales Executive.

Identifying prospective clients, generating new business from the existing clientele in line with business targets; mapping clients requirements & providing best products to suit their requirements; generating business from existing accounts and achieving sales growth
Coordination with Architect, PMC, & Builders for preparation of technical proposal, Estimation (Tendering) & Project pricing & Preparation of techno-commercial offer
Estimation (Tendering) & Project pricing for Elevators.
Establishing relationships with key decision makers in respective accounts
Order processing and order booking through ERP
Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service
Maintaining accurate pipeline & forecast on the monthly basis on companys CRM system
Managing end- to- end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection,
Rendering support to your Manager in preparing MIS Reports as and when required
