Qualification:

Qualification Diploma/BA/B.Com/B.tech/BSC/CS
Good verbal and written communication
Well versed with email writing/soft skills

Job description:

Coordination with SPs/Field engineers/Other stake holders
Troubleshooting with customer/SPs
Call logging with BSNL/MTNL
Liasioning and good relationship to be build up with SPs/Field engineers/customers
Daily record/data to be maintained
Daily tool updation to be maintained (Remedy/MMF)
Follow up with NOC teams/ Hub teams
Filing to be done of the records
Justification of all calls to be maintained
