urgent Opening for Payroll Executive in leading Financial Company
Designation - Payroll Executive
Location - Andheri (J. B. Nagar)
Experience - 4 Yrs+
CTC - Upto 5Lacs
Qualification - Graduation / MBA
Job Description -
Responsibilities and Duties -
- Maintain the employee attendance in Time Management System && generate the attendance through online system for the salary process.
- Assists with the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
- Provide payroll processing backup support. Partner with accounting and payroll to maintain the payroll database.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
- Maintain and document all payroll records
- Knowledge of PF & ESIC challan & compliance is compulsory
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications -
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
- Proficient in MS Office and databases
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Please Note candidate with prior experience in handling payroll only will be called for Interview.
