We are hiring for a leading Housing Finance company, Pune.
Designation - Zonal HR manager
Location - Pune
CTC - up to 15 lac

Heading West Zone for entire HR functions.
Responsible for efficient recruitment of vacant positions across the zone at all level -junior roles to Senior roles by various means of sourcing and also managing campus recruitment.
Managing employee engagement programs for the zone including in house and outdoor programs including for the zone.
Responsible for on boarding process for the new joining in the zone and managing their joining formalities till completion.
Initiation and closure of background verification reports for the cases pertaining to the zone.
Managing local grievances of the employee on a daily basis in terms of salary, attendance, policies etc.
