Job Description : Domain Expert- Medical Underwriter/ Summarizer
- New Hire Training
- Readiness of new hire class logistics, documentation
- Timely & effective pre- process & process trainings
- Feedback & coaching
- Knowledge Management
- Ensure100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, update dissemination, error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments
- Adherence to Genpact training common minimum practices
- Daily touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practices
- Managed trainings single handedly
- Drive Process improvements
- Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
- Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems.
- Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards
- Interact with Onshore /Offshore and customer in a respectful and professional manner via email and on calls
- Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met.
- Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
- Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excel
Qualifications:
Graduate in medical stream- BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, BPT, BDS, B Pharma, M Pharma
Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
Essential skills:
- 4-5 years of work experience preferred in Medical Summarization/ Underwriting in Life or Health Insurance
- Experience in Group Disability Insurance Underwriting /Employee benefit/ Workers Compensation/ Individual disability Insurance or/and Insurance qualification/certifications will be an added advantage
- Preferred-prior Transitions/ knowledge transfer experience/engagement to enable smooth knowledge capture/ transfer
- In depth knowledge of the process at least 1 year in similar process
- Strong Communication skills (Both written & verbal)
- Proactive communication & High analytical skills should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
- Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Job Description:
- Process Associate, Claims Insurance
- Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP
- Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA
- Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives
- Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems.
- Assist with/perform other team tasks as required.
- Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems
- Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards
- Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met.
- Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
- Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excel
Essential skills:
- 1-4 years Customer Service backend operations experience Preferred
- Strong English Communication (Both written & verbal)
- Proactive communication & High analytical skills should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
- Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
