Job Description

• To work on 24x5 Support on shift basis . Weekend on call (once in month).
• To work on .NET, IIS and SQL Server related support application.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in .NET with good verbal and written communication skill.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Essential:

3-7 year real time experience in .NET support projects

• Hands on experience in SQL Server Queries/SP and other DB objects.
• Experience in application deployment activities
• Application trouble shooting/root cause analysis
• Production System roll-outs
• Application Maintenance
• Handling IIS Server Management/Logs verification
• Guiding the Team and resolving the production issues
• Managing customers with Good Communication skill
• Ticket handling and Status updates

Desirable :

• Reporting Services / SSIS /SSRS /SSAS
