Providing support for commercial and financial request
Meeting TAT & Accuracy Daily/weekly SLA
Follow established procedures & guidelines for processing of endorsements
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Communicating with customers through email & Web service request.   Salary Grid- 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA + Monthly incentives + Annual bonus + 1 side cab
