Hiring for HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities
Candidate must have experience in Sourcing from Job portal like Naukri/ Monster/ Timesjobs etc.
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
Candidate must possess good listening skills, Marketing skill, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability.
Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening , Identifying , Conducting interviews
Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites.
Cold Calling for Passive Job Seekers
0.6-5 years experience candidates would be considered.
Candidates should be flexible to work in assigned shifts.
*Candidates must carry a Valid Photo ID proof (original & Xerox), 2 copy of resumes ,passport size photographs.
