Job Description
We are looking for a high-potential Chief of Staff to work closely with the senior leadership team on strategic and business-critical initiatives.
This is a contract role designed as a strong career opportunity for professionals from a management consulting background who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment before pursuing an MBA in the next 12 years.
The role will provide exposure to senior leadership, strategy, business transformation, cross-functional projects and decision-making,
making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their business experience before pursuing higher education.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the senior leadership team on strategic priorities and business initiatives.
- Support business planning, performance reviews and strategic decision-making.
- Analyse business performance, market trends and competitive developments.
- Develop presentations, business cases, dashboards and executive-level insights.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects.
- Track key initiatives, milestones and action items across functions.
- Identify business challenges and develop structured recommendations.
- Support leadership meetings and prepare agendas, briefing notes and follow-ups.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to drive execution.
- Take ownership of special projects assigned by senior leadership.
Ideal Candidate
We are particularly looking for candidates with:
- 24 years of experience in management/strategy consulting.
- Experience with a leading consulting firm is Mandatory
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Strong communication and executive presentation abilities.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- High ownership, curiosity and learning agility.
- Interest in pursuing an MBA after approximately 2 years.
