Team Lead Operations (Voice/ Inbound Process)

Must have exp from customer support background and Team leader on paper exp only we will consider.

Experience: with min 2 years as Team Lead on papers mandatory

Location: Chennai

Shift: Night shift (6.30pm to 3.30 am , sat & sun fixed week off)

Industry: BPO

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day team performance and floor operations
• Monitor and improve Attrition & Shrinkage to meet workforce targets
• Track and optimize AHT (Average Handle Time) without compromising quality
• Handle escalations and ensure SLA/KPI adherence
• Background verification Domain Experience - Added advantage.
• Good communication and Strong Team Handling skills.
• KPI/KRA/Attrition/Shrinkage/Occupancy/CSAT/DSAT/SLA/AHT.
• Graduation - Mandate
• Should have prior experience of handling Voice Process.
• Responsible for meeting the SLA targets
• Excellent real time management skills
• Ensure schedule adherence and create an encouraging team environment.
