Shift:
2:00 PM 11:20 PM IST (Open for Rotational Shifts)
Qualification:
Full-time Bachelor's Degree Required
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance professional with experience in Web Content Management and Content Publishing environments. The candidate should have strong attention to detail and experience working with Content Management Systems while ensuring high-quality publishing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate web content for quality and accuracy
Work with CMS platforms for content publishing and management
Identify defects and ensure timely issue resolution
Coordinate with stakeholders and publishing teams
Track tasks and issues using JIRA / Workfront
Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes
Perform content audits and quality checks
Required Skills:
Experience in Content Publishing & Web Content Management
Hands-on experience with TeamSite / WordPress / Sitecore or similar CMS
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving and analytical skills
JIRA / Workfront exposure
Good communication skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Preferred:
35 Years of relevant experience
Immediate Joiners preferred
