Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Manager Brand Marketing who can make India fall in love with our brands all over again one bold campaign at a time.
What you'll own
Build breakthrough 360 campaigns across TV, Digital, OOH, Influencers & more
Shape the brand story for Shaadi.com, taking premium matchmaking to a whole new level
Drive awareness, consideration, SOV, SOE, engagement & customer acquisition
Create campaigns that don't just get noticed they move business
Partner with Creative, Media, Product, Digital, Sales & Growth teams
Deep-dive into segment-level campaign performance and consumer insights
Pitch big ideas, run pilots, test fast and learn faster
What we're looking for
47 years of Brand Marketing experience Consumer Tech / Internet / Premium Consumer Brands preferred
Proven experience owning 360 integrated campaigns
Strong Creative + Media Agency management experience
A sharp combination of creative instinct + data-driven thinking
Storytelling skills that can turn consumer insights into culture-worthy campaigns
Someone who can think mass brand + premium brand at the same time
