Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Banking Operations Trainer responsible for delivering end-to-end process training, refreshers, onboarding programs, and continuous learning initiatives for international banking operations teams.
The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise in one or more banking verticals with the ability to train large teams and drive operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training programs for Banking Operations employees
Design and update training content, SOPs, process documents and assessments
Conduct induction training for new hires
Facilitate process certification programs
Drive knowledge management initiatives
Partner closely with Operations, Quality and Clients
Conduct TNI (Training Need Identification)
Support process transitions and new project migrations
Track training effectiveness and certification scores
Coach floor employees to improve productivity and quality
Preferred Banking Domain Experience
