About the role:

Job Description: Logistics Dispute Resolution

• Handle customer disputes related to freight charges, billing discrepancies, pricing, duplicate invoices, taxes, and shipment adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve freight invoice disputes by coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal logistics teams.
• Process credit notes, billing adjustments, and write-offs after necessary approvals.
• Manage payment reconciliation and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispute reports.
• Ensure timely dispute closure and improve customer satisfaction.
