He or she will write and schedule content on emails, home pages, category pages, and pages across the site, compile and analyze traffic and other web metrics, and report on performance to our management teams. He or she will propose, plan and execute new features, stores, and products with minimal oversight, partnering with business and technical teams to achieve project goals. This person will set goals that all functions may be involved in achieving and will liaise with tech teams and global category teams to execute. He or she will help to drive feature launches and site improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, developers, the marketing team, designers, and other editors in similar roles across the business.
Technical requirements include HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, and work well with multiple teams. In addition to having first-class written and verbal communication skills in English, this Site Merchandiser will be able to prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end retail planning delivery across demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, replenishment, and IBP/S&OP, ensuring consistent achievement of planning KPIs and SLAs.
Lead day-to-day planning operations at scale including workforce planning, productivity, quality, controls, and operational risk management.
Manage complex retail planning environments with significant seasonality, promotions, and omni-channel demand volatility.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and digital tools, modernizing planning processes and operating models.
Identify and deliver AI, analytics, and automation-led value creation opportunities within planning to improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and fill rates.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, lead governance forums, performance reviews, escalation management, and act as a strategic advisor.
Enable joint business planning with the client, aligning planning operations with business priorities and long-term strategic goals.
Lead and inspire large, diverse multi-location planning teams, owning talent strategy including coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and capability upskilling.
Build future-ready planning leadership pipelines to ensure continuity and long-term capability strength across the account.

Experience & Qualifications
Relevant experience in retail planning operations with strong hands-on planning experience (mandatory)
Proven track record managing large-scale retail planning operations (high SKU complexity, large store networks, multi-region/country)
Deep expertise in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, replenishment, and IBP/S&OP
Strong leadership experience managing large, distributed planning teams
Exposure to planning platforms such as SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar
Experience leading planning transformation programs and client-facing engagements
Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, analytics, or automation within planning
Strong understanding of planning KPIs and linkage to retail business outcomes
