Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The initial screening and match profiles with reference to Educational Qualification, Total Experience, Relevant Skill sets, Communication skills, Team Compatibility & stability.
Building and maintaining relationships with Candidates on a continuous basis through a high volume of interactions via Phone calls/e-mails/SMS
Maintaining database and reports.
Scheduling interviews, and coordinating with the shortlisted candidates for the next level of interviews until closure.
Regular follow-ups with the offered candidate until onboarding.
Vendor Management, Employee Referral.
End to end recruitment
Work from office

Desired Candidate Profile

Work experience in the BPO industry will add value.
Excellent command of English and Quick Comprehension.
Should be able to proactively plan and execute based on the hiring standards.
Should have a detailed understanding of the nature of work.
Able to drive and exceed desired hiring numbers within the set quality parameters.
