Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Recruiter is responsible for the complete process of End to End Recruitment. A good communicator, assertive by nature, ability to convince & a strong team player with good experience from the US IT staffing space.
Candidate must have good understanding of all IT skills with thorough knowledge in Boolean search, good Negotiation skills, effective sourcing techniques, good closing skills, proven ability to recruit hard to find skill sets with a high submittal-to-hire ratio.
Experience would be preferable with 1 yrs to 7 yrs (Onsite) Banjara hills
