SBI LIFE INSURANCE is hiring for Bancasurance channel-BDM (All India)

Position: Business Development Manager (Bancassurance)

Vacancies : All over India

Experience:Minimum 1 year in Banca Sales

Qualification: Graduate

Role:

• Monitoring Business Performances and Reporting
• Ensure delivery of Sales MIS and analysis for Bancassurance Channel Partners (SBI) and internal Sales team for performance monitoring.
• Liaise with Bank Officials
• Manage all sales promotion activities on time.
• Coordination with various teams
• Achieving sales target for the Region Relationship with BMs and CIFs

Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets
• Increase in number of CIFs / active branches
• Training CIFs, encouraging SBI staff to become CIF
• Arranging training programs for CIFs on products and selling skills
• Increasing productivity of CIFs
