Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls and chats in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 years of experience in an International BPO environment (blended process).
- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
