What You'll Do:
- Lead the charge in delivering end-to-end SAP AMS projects with precision and agility
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to manage business-critical SAP applications
- Drive performance excellence by monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and continuous service improvements
- Bridge the gap between business and technology with proactive stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate global delivery teams, ensuring smooth transitions, knowledge sharing, and issue resolution
- Champion ITIL best practices, change control, and AMS governance
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP AMS/project management
- Deep knowledge of SAP Functional Modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration scenarios
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
- PMP, ITIL, or SAP certifications are a plus
