Job Description

Job Title: English Language Trainer

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English Language Trainer to enhance the language proficiency of learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, effective teaching methodologies, and the ability to engage learners across different skill levels.

Must-Have Expertise:

Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
Experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL, EFL, Business English, or Academic English)
Knowledge of grammar, phonetics, and pronunciation training
Ability to design and deliver structured training modules
Hands-on experience with online and offline teaching tools
Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills

Good-to-Have Expertise:

Certification in CELTA or equivalent
Familiarity with instructional design and e-learning platforms
Multilingual proficiency for better learner support
Exposure to corporate or soft skills training

Behavioral Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability to different learning styles and levels
Patience and empathy towards learners
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for teaching and continuous learning
