Vee Technologies is looking for Sr.HR Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and objectives
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
Develop and maintain job descriptions for all positions within the organization
Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs
Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances and mediating disputes
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including managing employee performance evaluations and promotions
Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment, such as labor laws, tax laws, and health and safety regulations
Manage employee disciplinary processes, including warnings, suspensions, and terminations
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and counseling as needed
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and records, such as employee attendance and performance data
Work with the management team to identify HR-related issues and develop strategies to address them
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
