Job Description

Preparation and Issuance of sales bills for Export/Import and others. Entries for all Invoices. Filing of all the invoices, dispatch the bills on daily basis.
Re-checking of Sale Invoices (periodic)
Generation and Issue of Credit notes to party
Prepare Bank Reconciliation and pass necessary entries on. (Daily Basis)
TDS Certificate Collection and reconciliation
Checking of Expenses bills linked with sales invoices
Preparation and Issuance of office Rent Invoices and follow up (Monthly Basis).
Aging reports
