Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Assist in offer generation, joining formalities, and HR generalist activities as needed.
  
• Coordinate interviews, schedule candidates, and ensure timely communication with applicants.
  
• Provide support to the team by handling various HR tasks such as employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any HR-related issues or concerns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in an HR role or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interview coordination and candidate engagement.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for administrative tasks.
