Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter who will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and placing top talent while ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients.
Location - Kolkata Sector V
Salary For Fresher - Upto 13K 15K Inhand+ Benefit+ Incentive
Salary For Experience - 10%-25% Hike from their Last CTC

Roles and Responsibilities:
Understanding Job Requirements
- Learn and understand different job roles, responsibilities, and client needs.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to find suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and suitability.
Coordination & Follow-ups
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, updating them on their application status.
Building Relationships & Networking
- Engage with potential candidates to build a talent pipeline for future job openings.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to gain referrals.
Training & Learning
- Get trained on recruitment processes, interview techniques, and industry trends.
- Learn how to use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other hiring tools.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Fresh Graduates (B.tech BE MCA not eligible)
Strong Communication Skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Good Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills to interact with candidates effectively.
Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
Self-Motivated, Target-Oriented, and Willing to Learn.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
