Job Title: IT Recruiter (Remote / Work From Home)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and FTE hiring to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical recruitment experience and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for both contract and permanent roles
• Source and screen candidates based on client requirements
• Work on multiple technologies and IT skill sets
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Interact with clients to understand technical requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles
• Experience in C2H and permanent hiring
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Education: B.Sc (Computers), BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BE, BA
• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of C2H hiring experience
• Employment Gap: Maximum 6 months to 1 year
• Must have own Laptop/Desktop + stable internet connection

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 12,000 18,000 per month (based on experience)
• Work Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
• Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays + all Sundays

• Immediate or within 7 days Role & responsibilities
