Roles and Responsibility
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software applications.
