Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and conduct the onboarding process for new employees
  • Prepare and collect employment documents, contracts, and forms
  • Schedule orientation sessions and ensure completion of training modules
  • Assist new hires with queries related to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to set up workstations and accounts for new joiners
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations
