Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.
Configure and deploy AEM-based solutions, including authoring environments, publish instances, and dispatcher configurations.
Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems such as CRM, DAM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content authors, backend developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing AEM sites and solutions through performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
Support content authors with training and troubleshooting.
Adhere to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment in an agile environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (preferably AEM 6.5 or AEM as a Cloud Service).
Strong experience with Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, Sightly (HTL), and JCR (Apache Jackrabbit).
Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular (preferred).
Experience with RESTful APIs, integrations, and web services.
Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in AEM is a plus.
