Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Support HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with managers to address employee relations, engagement, and performance issues.
- Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Maintain and update HR policies, processes, and employee records.
- Coordinate training programs and career development initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights using HR metrics and analytics.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in HR generalist or business partner role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and labor laws.
