1 Time Office & Attendance ManagementMonitor daily attendance of employees and contract labourUpdate leave records in the Attendance Management SystemEnsure accuracy of attendance, overtime and shift dataCoordinate with departments for correction of attendance discrepancies2 Payroll ManagementPrepare monthly Payroll Input Sheet based on attendance, OT, leave and changesVerify Salary Register to ensure accuracy before payroll processingPrepare and maintain payroll-related MIS and reportsEnsure zero payroll errors and timely payroll closure3 Employee Life Cycle ELC ManagementHandle end-to-end ELC activities including:Induction and joining formalitiesConfirmation processPromotions and transfersChanges in reporting relationshipsSeparation and Full & Final settlement coordinationPreparation and issuance of relieving lettersEnsure no delay in ELC events4 Recruitment & Manpower ManagementManage end-to-end recruitment process including:Written tests and interviewsCoordination with hiring managersSource candidates through job portals and recruitment consultantsHandle walk-in interviews at plant levelPrepare offer letters for selected candidatesCoordinate medical examination and documentationEnsure 100% manning as per approved manpower plan5 Training AdministrationCoordinate and manage trainings as per Annual Training CalendarMaintain and update training attendance and training recordsEnsure compliance to mandatory and statutory trainingsProcess payments for external trainersEnsure 100% compliance to Training Calendar6 Statutory & CLRA CompliancesFile monthly statutory returns within stipulated timelinesMaintain statutory registers and records as per applicable labour lawsManage Contract Labour CLRA compliance in coordination with contractorsEnsure contractor documentation, licenses, returns and auditsEnsure zero statutory non-compliance and zero audit observations7 Personnel AdministrationProcure and distribute employee welfare itemsMaintain HR, Quality, Safety and Environment related recordsSupport plant HR activities and auditsGenerate and submit monthly HR & statutory MIS reportsEnsure zero delay in submission of reports
