As a DevOps engineer, you will interact with various functional groups such as engineering, QA, Client Services and Product Owners to ensure our products are built, released, and deployed efficiently. Youll continuously look for ways to improve the process, enhance security, automate, increase throughput, and most of all, satisfy our customer. Youre expected to work collaboratively as a team as well as an individual.
Your duties include but not limited to:
- Drive day-to-day DevOps activities: intake, manage priorities, deliverables, etc. Participate in daily stand ups, participate in discussions, and suggest ways to improve.
- Work across Development, IT Operations, and Infrastructure teams to support ongoing development efforts and new initiatives to deliver value to our customers Manage and administer tools such as Gitlab / Github, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Nexus, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus Create and manage projects and automated builds in Gitlab and Microsoft Azure DevOps Troubleshoot and resolve kubernetes deployment and configuration issues in our various cloud environments Troubleshoot maven builds and kubernetes deployment issues.
- Maintain the health of all our resources in Azure cloud Design and maintain Terraform templates to rapidly provision resources and pipelines in Azure Enhance the CI/CD tools and processes to enable easy and rapid adoption of new projects and teams.
- Mandatory / key skills: 5+ years of strong working experience in AzureDevOps (ADO) source code, ADO pipelines (classic and YAML), power shell scripting, Azure CLI, Linux administration and Terraform (IaC) Desire skills:
- 2+ years of working experience with tools such as Gitlab / Github, 2+ years of experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, 1+ years of working experience with Nexus, 1+ years of experience with JSON, Well versed with Jenkins, Ansible and CheckMarx, Good knowledge on Grafana and Splunk, Well versed with Dynatrace, IPMON, HA/DR, CI/CD, Prisma security, CMDB and SSL certs
