Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients in the field of IT Software Services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients in IT and RPA domains.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored IT and RPA solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Work with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Technology, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, focusing on IT services and RPA solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services sales cycles and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Must understand and be well-versed with the workings, terminologies, and sales processes of IT software companies
