Greetings!! Vijaya Diagnostic Centre is Hiring for HR Trainee

at our Himayathnagar Corporate Office.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Draft and post job descriptions across relevant job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
• Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS/Excel).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate engagement calls and assessments when required.
• Support the HR team in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Prepare and share recruitment status reports on a regular basis.
• Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
