Job Description

KRA MIS:

1. Data Management & Analysis:
• Collect, manage, and analyze hospital data (patient data, marketing campaign performance, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records and databases for tracking marketing activities and outcomes.
• Provide insights from data to help the marketing team optimize campaigns and strategies.
2. Reporting & Dashboards:
• Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards for decision-makers (KPIs, patient acquisition data, etc.).
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for the marketing department, highlighting key metrics and trends.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns (website traffic, social media, etc.).
3. Software & Tools Management:
• Oversee the proper functioning of hospital marketing software, CRM systems, Oracle, HIS and other marketing tools.
• Ensure integration of MIS systems with marketing tools like customer relationship management (CRM) and data analytics platforms.
• Provide technical support to marketing teams in using these systems effectively
