Opening for Sales Manager and Business development executive

Location: Nanded

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for gold loans
• Conduct field visits, door-to-door marketing, and local campaigns
• Explain loan schemes, interest rates, and other options
• Assist customers with documentation and loan processing
• Build relationships with local customers and communities
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into disbursements
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
