Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions for IT positions.
- Source and screen candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers, salary expectations, and notice periods.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure timely closures of positions and meet hiring targets.
