Job Role
Talent Acquisition Trainee
As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Will be work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating job postings and distributing them across various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/ B.Sc/BCA/MBA-2024/2025 pass out is preferred.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
