Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: Up to 25,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for BPO / Non-BPO / Corporate roles
  
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
  
• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
  
• Coordinating interviews with clients and internal teams
  
• Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups
  
• Handling walk-ins and bulk hiring
  
• Closing positions within timelines
  

Requirements:

• 6 months 2 years of recruitment experience (Freshers can also apply)
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) preferred
  
• Target-oriented and proactive attitude
