Role & responsibilities

• Competent professional with over 2 - 7 years of rich experience in Recruiting, C2H staffing.
• Experience requires managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring.
• Skills/Experience
• sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidates and maintain records.
• The role also involves tasks like coordinating interviews, interview follow-ups and Calling
• Strong IT Recruitment hiring expertise-Good understanding of tech roles, skills and industry standards.
• Expertise on Job portals -Ability to leverage Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals

Experience In C2H -Tech recruiter hired for Accenture, IBM, Wipro, LnT, etc for contractual roles.

Work Mode:
Work from Home (Full-time / Remote)
Candidates must have a good quality laptop and high-speed internet connection.
No Dual Employment allowed.
Work Schedule:
Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Compensation:
Salary: 12k to 25k per month (Gross)
Additional benefits: Mobile bill reimbursement + Incentives
Final salary to be determined post-interview.
