Job Description
"1)Verification of crematorium expense bills, processing payments, handling advances, and settlement of accounts.
2)Follow-up of Electricity Board (EB) bills, including advance payments and settlement.
3)Preparation and coordination of annual and periodic budget plans.
4)Processing and verification of cremation and ambulance service receipts.
5)Preparation and follow-up of purchase indents as per requirements.
6)Preparation of monthly reports and other KSM-related operational and management reports.
7)Handling HR-related activities, including new manpower requirements, attendance tracking, PF and ESI coordination for staff.
8)Managing back-office operations, including official email communication and other administrative office work.
