Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and generate leads for the company's financial services.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Job Requirements :

  • 6-12 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on Sales & Customer Support.
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong convincing power to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in Hindi language is an added advantage.
