Job Description
Relevant Experience Required:
- Evaluate joining technologies as per the guidelines.
- Exposure to the BIW manufacturing.
- Create the reports for issues regarding joining technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and testing departments.
- Resolve engineering issues related to Joining technologies during the development phase.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in design and manufacturing processes.
- Exposure to Product Life Management (Smaragd)
Job Responsibilities:
- B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Should have exposure with mechanical joining Laser Joining and Thermal joining (Spot weld, Self pierce rivet, Flow Drill screw, Clinching)
- Hand on experience in PLM (Eg, Teamcenter,Smaragd)
- Strong exposure to Microsoft office products.
- Basic Knowledge of Siemens NX.
- Knowledge of industry standards related to automotive BIW structures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
