    Position: Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Graduation HR With Minimum 2 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition of FLS level hiring and bulk hiring in BFSI domain
    • Candidates should have good communication/negotiation skills
    • Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment
    • Ability to do multitasking and to manage work-pressure well to meet hiring goals
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Graduate/MBA fresher
    • On 3rdparty payroll
    • Best in the industry 21k Gross + Monthly Performance Based Incentives

    HR Executive

    Job Description:

    • To source BFSI sales profiles from job portals as per the job description given, location wise Pan-India level within the defined timelines
    • Sourcing, screening, telephonic interviewing, shortlisting, and arranging for candidate interviews with business in coordination with Zonal HR point of contacts
    • To explain the candidates on the job description and the job role benefits and schedule interviews with the Branch Managers for face-to-face rounds
    • To generate leads for screening through referencing and market mapping location wise
    • Candidate on being selected, complete the joining formalities, and make the candidates join
    • Follow-up and coordinate diligently on the lined-up candidates at every stage from screening to joining stage
    • To coordinate with Manager and Zonal HR in the event of any challenges faced from interview to joining stage of all sales positions
    • To cultivate and build stakeholder relationships with business heads, zonal/regional HR for facilitating position closures
    • To achieve recruitment targets of 13 position closures on a monthly basis
    • Should self source recruiters 1 2 each month and mentor them on recruitment standards
    • Should be self-starter and driven
