Doing marketing activity & generating leads of gold loan & eventually convert to business by bringing customer to branch

• Generation of daily new leads on own & customer calling for final pitch
• Support branch in overall gold portfolio growth
• Cross sell 3rd party banking products
• Ensure daily/weekly productivity
• Meeting gold productivity month on month
