Your Role

As an HR Intern, youll play a key role in supporting our HR team to attract, engage, and retain top talent. Youll gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, develop your skills, and contribute to building a thriving workplace culture.

What Youll Do

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
    • Support job postings across platforms and maintain applicant tracking systems.
  • Onboarding and Employee Engagement
    • Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring a warm and smooth welcome for new hires.
    • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities to foster team connectivity.
  • HR Operations
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    • Support daily HR tasks, such as attendance tracking and compliance documentation.
  • Learning and Development
    • Contribute to planning and executing training programs and workshops.
    • Assist in creating HR materials, including presentations, guides, and handbooks.

Who You Are

  • Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse teams.
  • Problem Solver: Adaptable and solution-oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Youre skilled at managing multiple tasks without missing the fine details.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to learn new HR tools.
  • Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute.
