Job Description

Domestic Voice Process (Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam)

Role: Customer Support Voice Process

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam.
Provide customer support and resolve queries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements

Education: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate.
Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Note: Candidates currently pursuing studies are not eligible.
Languages: Proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam (any one or more).

Work Schedule:

5-day working week (Work from Office).
Rotational week offs.
Day rotational shifts.

Transport: No cab facility provided.
