We are seeking a highly skilled Enablon Engineer to lead the technical implementation, configuration, and optimization of our Enablon EHSQ and Sustainability platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate regulatory and safety requirements into technical solutions within the Enablon ecosystem. Your goal will be to ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and provides actionable insights to improve our safety and sustainability performance.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration: Use Enablon Builder to design and configure forms, fields, rules, workflows, and access rights management.
Custom Development: Develop advanced logic and expressions using NABSIC (Enablons proprietary language) and script advanced features using JavaScript or C#.
Data Migration & Integration: Lead complex data migration activities from legacy systems. Build and maintain integrations between Enablon and other enterprise systems (like SAP or Oracle) using SOAP/REST APIs and OData.
Module Management: Implement and support core modules including Incident Management, Audit & Inspection, Risk Management, Air Quality/Emissions, and Sustainability/ESG Reporting.
Reporting & Analytics: Design and build complex reports, dashboards, and data flows to provide real-time visibility into EHS performance.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Execute systematic testing protocols (UAT, SIT) and ensure all configurations meet business and technical specifications.
Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 3 technical lead for platform issues, resolving complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and environment synchronization errors.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical design documents, user manuals, and system architecture diagrams.
Required Technical Skills
Enablon Platform: Deep expertise in Enablon Builder, Shared Functions, and the NABSIC language.
Programming/Web: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, and XSD. Experience with C# / .NET is a plus.
Databases: Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL for data querying and reporting.
APIs: Experience working with REST/SOAP web services and OData.
Tools: Familiarity with version control (e.g., GitHub) and monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Datadog).
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Environmental Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience in Enablon configuration and implementation.
Proven experience in at least two full-lifecycle Enablon deployments.
Strong background in EHS, Risk Management, or ESG business processes.
