Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Adopt Agile methodologies in the software delivery lifecycle.
- Manage the end-to-end software development test lifecycle.
- Develop code for test automation and define software testing design at the solution level.
- Build new tools to enhance test automation and functional testing, while innovating existing automation processes.
- Lead the planning and documentation of complex test strategies and acceptance criteria based on customer needs.
- Maintain automation scripts and perform peer reviews of the automation codebase.
- Analyze and repair broken test cases and failures.
- Investigate, diagnose, and repair complex problems, testing bugs, and manage bug reports.
- Understand business processes at the solution level to integrate industry best practices into testing processes.
- Track usage of platforms across business units and define costs per business unit accordingly.
Skills Required:
- 4-10 years of experience in automation testing and SDET roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), and Java.
- Experience designing scalable automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Agile and end-to-end SDLC/STLC processes.
- Experience with test strategy planning and solution-level testing design.
- Familiarity with Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation and backend testing.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in maintaining CI/CD-integrated automation pipelines.
- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Education: Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
