Solution Design Manager @ GEP

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop comprehensive solutions for clients, leveraging expertise in bid management, presales, pricing strategy, procurement, service procurement, solutioning, supply chain, and RFP processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through proposal submission, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals that drive business growth.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in services & consulting industry with a focus on solution design or similar role.
• Strong understanding of bid management principles and practices; ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to craft effective pricing strategies that balance revenue goals with customer needs.
